Prepaid cards!!!.... Popular gift, but have you ever wondered how to give them in an original way?

I think this will do the job! At least, in a "maker's way" 😁

This is a print-in-place design, really easy to do and quick to print.

The whole thing is printable in 3 hours depending on your settings for all the parts. The envelopp, with a 0.3 layer height, takes around 1h55 to print.

The tolerances on this are pretty forgiving. I have made some modifications on the old design, and its easier to print, to scale and to fold.

Talking about folding, it is normal when you fold the envelopp to feel some "restriction". The joints won't break, and it is ok to "force" them just a bit. I wanted a real close envelopp with no large gaps or cracks all around, so it is totally normal.

This is printable in any layer height of your choice. But i recommend a 0.3 layer height for fast prints. 0.24mm works super great too.

When assembling the design, slide the large section of the ribbon first, then the smaller one over. You will hear a nice "Clic" provided by the two teeth on the large ribbon.
