KIT PILOTS RC 1/6

RC PILOTS KIT; I have put together two of my most advanced models in my gallery, "Helicopter Pilot and Combat Pilot N° 4" for RC projects or modelism, but the most incredible thing, are their molds for their helmet lenses (see images), that's right; you will be able to manufacture their transparent lenses with any type of mica or acetate you have available; you must manufacture it by thermoforming, which is also done in a homemade way (Thermoforming Machine plan is included).

This is an alternative for those modelers who want more detail in their sculpts, but don't worry the print lens is also available in your file package.

All this for an affordable price.

Both pilot models have been optimized, for your most practical use.

Helicopter Pilot. _ seatbelt has been trimmed to fit any harness; the universal harness in the center has also been reinforced for optimal printing. Head and helmet is now one piece, clearances are sealed. Microphone cable that is in the helmet, additional reinforcement has also been added, for optimal impressions.

Fighter Pilot N°4. Head and helmet are one piece. Polygon count has been lowered to make the files lighter and easier to download.

Both models have these scales. _

Scale 1/6, (200 mm. height approx.) with all parts and accessories for quality post-processing.

Scale 1/12, (100 mm. height approx.) with all its parts and accessories.

Scale 1/24, (50 mm. height approx.) only 4 parts for "Combat Pilot N°4" and 2 parts for "Helicopter pilot".

Remarks: the pilots in their 1/24 scales, the lens has been incorporated in a solid form, you will notice that this piece has been thickened so that even when you make further reductions the lens will not be damaged, as the original piece; in the other scales, it is a thin plate.

Thermoforming: I am including a video of the thermoformed manufacturing process and a blueprint of the machine you fabricate, you can enhance this idea with resources from your environment.

The molds for each pilot are recognizable by their initials and number," H and 4", respectively.
