3D printer file info

3D model description

This is a simple model kit of a Civil War field cannon in approx. 1/20 scale. It is based on the model by apocalypse_67, who has kindly granted me permission to share it. The original model can be found here:

I split the model into easily printed pieces using Meshmixer. The model has been designed to be mostly snap-together, but there are a couple of parts that need to be glued. Assembly instructions can be found in the files.

The model in the photos was printed in metallic silver and dark brown woodfill PLA, and finished with a bit of silver and gold acrylic paint.
