3D model description
Rack mount for the Raspberry Pi 4, with additional room to fit hats (such as the POE hat).
Top uses M2.5x5 screws
Bottom holes are made for M2.5x8 screws from below into posts above Raspberry Pi.
Note: Remove SD card prior to installing RaspberryPi to prevent possible SD card damage.
3D printing settings
I printed this in MJF Nylon on craft cloud with excellent results. I also printed this out on a Makerbot Replicator+ with the following settings: All size to 5 layers and infill 35%.
