3D model description

This is a very powerful 10-watt flashlight that is perfect for your workshop or just as a powerful flashlight. It runs off of a 500mah 3s 11.1v lipo battery. This tiny light cranks out a whopping 1,000 lumens. The assembly video listed below includes links to all the parts and tools you will need to build it. A GoPro mount can be used to attach any GoPro handle, or you can use one of our own custom handles. A 26mm external diameter acrylic rod is used for our custom rod handle.

I recommend that you use simplify 3D as a slicing program because their supports are super easy to get off. Make sure to put all parts that have a raft .3mm off the raft or the raft can be hard to get off. If I don't mention a specific setting, just use your current setting.

-Print the body file with supports and a raft in PLA.
-Print the rod handle with supports ant 100% infill.
-Print the back with no rafts or supports.
-Print the pistol grip with a raft and no supports.

Step 1: Remove all supports

When you are done printing, there will be some supports on the mainframe/body and your rod handle extension. Carefully remove these supports with a pair of long nose pliers. If there are any other bits of bumpy/sharp pieces of plastic left on the outside of your mainframe/body make sure to remove them with your pliers.

Step 2: Assembly

Now that you have your 3D printed parts, you can move on to the next step of assembly. We have created a step by step tutorial video on youTube for you all to watch. We hope you all enjoy this project as much as we did!
