The Taranis Q X7 requires a smaller diameter gimbal guard than it's popular partner, the X9D. Unlike some other gimbal guards, these are not designed to be a substitute for a transmitter case as that would still leave your switches unprotected. Instead, they:
-Protect gimbals from crushing within the transmitter case
-Keep your transmitter case and foam in good condition by preventing sharp sticks from rubbing
-Preserve gimbal springs by maintaining a neutral stick position during transport
V2 is ideal for a Taranis with stock gimbals while V1 fits both stock and upgraded M7 hall gimbals.
If you're looking for an easy remix, simply make a copy of my public Onshape document.
If you don't own a 3D printer, I also have listed these on eBay.
Update: Added custom M7 hall gimbal protectors optimized to fit upgraded M7 hall gimbals and the Q X7S transmitter.

V1 doesn't require supports, but V2 and M7 hall gimbal protectors do. For easy removal of support, set the support to model spacing to .4mm.
