Eurorack Case with Removable Rows

This is for the slim case3uS blocks, NOT the fatter case3u blocks.

This is a frame for holding 3 rows of 78HP that you can easily swap in and out. You can swap rows around or remove rows entirely to use
elsewhere. The rows can be bolted in place so they will not budge until you want them to. Gravity will hold the bottom two rows in
place without the bolts, but the top row should be bolted in before use. I bolt all the rows in.
Very easy to assemble, you just need to print the pieces, insert the threaded rods and bolt it all together.

There are 8 pieces that will hold the threaded rods together to form the frame. Four on the left (A1L, A2L, A3L, A4L)
and four on the right (A1R, A2R, A3R, A4R). Then you need to print 6 copies of rowSocket and use the m3 bolts to attach them to
the previous pieces, except A2L and A2R.

This took a long time to get right, but I would love to make even bigger versions of this kind of removable row frame, but only
if there's interest from you Eurorack enthusiasts. Let me know.

Tools:
-Vice+hacksaw (If you're cutting the rods yourself. Maybe your hardware store will do it for you?)
-3D printer
-Spanner/Wrench for the rod nuts
-Screw driver or hex key for m3 bolts
-Tape measure, up to 60cm.

Materials:
-Threaded Rods
Imperial: 1/4 inch (I used 1/4-20 which is the global standard for photography tripod screw mounts)
Metric: M6? 6mm? (Untested, but it's close to 1/4 inch which is 6.35mm. I wish I could buy metric, but I'm in North America which hasn't caught up with the rest of the world yet.
-Threaded Rod Nuts
52 nuts that will thread onto the above rods.
-Threaded Rod Washers
48 Washers for the above rods&nuts, I used 3/4inch washers, which is 19mm.
-M3 bolts 10mm x24
-M3 nuts x18 (same as the square sliding nuts for the case blocks, but hex nuts are okay too)
-[optional] Loctite Blue, to hold the threaded rod nuts in place. I've not done this yet, but I probably will at some point.

I've written some code that can work out the minimum amount of rods you need to buy, given the purchased rod length. My local Home Depot sold 72 inch rods (1828mm), which means I
needed 3 rods and must cut in this configuration...

rod #1: 1826 = 428 + 428 + 485 + 485
rod #2: 1826 = 587 + 377 + 377 + 485
rod #3: 1020 = 522 + 249 + 249

If your local store sells 1 metre rods (1000mm), then you would need 5 rods...
new rod length=1000
rod #1: 983 = 249 + 249 + 485
rod #2: 970 = 485 + 485
rod #3: 964 = 587 + 377
rod #4: 950 = 522 + 428
rod #5: 805 = 377 + 428

I can provide solutions for other lengths, just ask. The code can also consider any scrap lengths you already have.
