I bought the DurgaBenSit_MQ.stl and loaded in Cura It shows the picture as rotated and not on its base. If I slice it and print it, the printer only throws out some blobs of filament. hello i bought Surya - The Sun God with His Seven Horses & Aruna. the base of the model is not flat throughout. and the x,y,z axis is also not in line with the model origin. do you have a refined model with a flat base and the axes in line with the origin
hello! this is a 3D scan of brass statue. Its a very high resolution scan that reflects the imperfections of the original metal object. You can modify the file in the slicer to change the orientation. To flatten bases, you can lower the model into the base a few mm.

hey - Shivaduti, the base is way bigger than Shivaduti+jackle, how to resize it so they fit together?
hello, you can use your slicer to resize the parts. Its not a fault in the design..just scale up or down. Meanwhile we'll change the file so all parts are using the same units.

Hey Vedic Futura, me again... :) So... I just printed ganesha sitting on the sofa, and it looks great! Only it came out a bit funny (no right ear/arm etc) i couldn't support it properly without cutting the model, but that's not ideal as there is no easy place to planar cut, is there any chance you had split files, like Ganesha and the chair/sofa as separate .stls ¯_(ツ)_/¯ this would be really useful for other people too, since it is such a beautiful sculpture and it would be great to print it properly XD:) satyam shivam sundaram
