Hi, I bought the Super Mario STL. Unfortunately the file is faulty. It was totally small after importing and does not correspond to the picture. The M on the cap is not even remotely recognizable after scaling. I ask for rectification or refund. Thank you very much.

Oh I guess you kind of have one (Chibi Atom Eve - 3D Model for Printing - Invincible Collectible). I'm wanting a generic boy kid superhero with a cape and a generic girl superhero with a cape. Can you do that?

clearly all 3d files are not the same as the render image, why not use the 3d as main image and not deceive people?

The main image is a promotional render, but all additional images include views from a slicer and Cults automatically adds an STL preview as the last image. This ensures you can see exactly what you’re downloading before purchasing.

It's much better, it just still looks a bit deformed, I don't know if it's still my slicer, I put it in blender and it looks the same

This along with several other paid downloads have suddenly become unavailable to me after purchase. I can click on them and see that you can still purchase them, but i have no option to download them, and the info such as price paid etc is also no longer displayed.

logged out and back in.. Issue still persists.. Its only with some of the downloads not all.. It doesnt even show the date or price or a download link.. Just a link that takes you back to the model page.. I dropped a screenshot in my dropbox if any of the designers want to see what Im seeing..

Je vous recommande de vérifier les points suivants :
1. Assurez-vous d’être connecté au compte avec lequel vous avez acheté le fichier.
2. Rendez-vous dans votre historique d’achats sur Cults, où le fichier devrait être disponible pour le téléchargement.

Merci pour votre retour. Je suis ravi que Groot soit en cours d'impression. Concernant Stitch, le message d'erreur dans Cura peut être dû à un problème de transfert ou de fichier corrompu.

Voici ce que je vous recommande :

Supprimez le fichier Stitch de votre carte mémoire et essayez de le télécharger à nouveau depuis votre compte Cults.
Assurez-vous que la carte mémoire est correctement formatée (de préférence en FAT32).
Si le problème persiste, essayez de télécharger et d'ouvrir le fichier directement sur Cura pour vérifier son intégrité avant de le transférer.
Si le problème continue, je peux vous envoyer le fichier directement par e-mail ou vous aider à résoudre cela. Faites-moi savoir ce qui vous convient le mieux.
