I downloaded your large sword a while back and just started printing it to realize that you took it down. In the build notes, you said you did not make yours with the alignment notches. I see the notches in the center part, did you have them on the metal guards?
Sad to see you take it down but understand why. I love BTSM and already made a helmet and wanted the sword to match!
Yo! Glad you were able to grab that while it was still up haha. The version that had the notches should have them in the metal guards yes, I quickly added those before posting the first version so I think that note was to let me know if they didnt line up as expected? They were a late addition after I printed mine because of how annoying it was trying to center them without any kind of alignment.
On second look, I just went through the exact files i posted and see that the version you downloaded actually did not have the alignment notches on the guard pieces like they were supposed to. I'd be willing to send you the correct one since you already have the model anyways. Just let me know how you'd like it.

Ahh I'm sorry!! I really wasn't thrilled to find the mini ones on Etsy along with intentions to sell the bigger ones. All of my models are posted under a "Not for commercial use" license and seeing that get ignored is frustrating. I chatted with the seller and he was cool and took it down but I do have fears of that happening again. Additionally I was told to stop the distribution if it, so for the time being it's taken down and I'm unsure if it'll be coming back. I'll be posting more fun smaller BTSM stuff when I get the time to model again.

I didn't do edc but I want to one of these years, my lineups been Lost Lands, Forbidden Kingdom, and Escapade for a couple years but I'm considering mixing it up for next year. First fest is so exciting I hope you loved it!

Hey, i printed your models for the Forbidden Kingdom festival and posted on reddit! I now see you said not to sell your models and i respect that, but i wanted to ask for permission anyways if i could sell some printed models with credit and everything. If not, i will respect that and wont ofc. I wanted to ask first before i did anything at all. This idea was given to me by a bunch of festival-goers and friends so i thought about it and wouldn't mind giving it a try but i will only do so with your permission. I WILL NOT DO THAT IF NOT, again 💙✌
Hey! I really appreciate you asking! I don't sell my models and don't want other people to sell them because it's copyright infringement and I don't want my name attached to that whatsoever. Even for the artists/logos on here that may not have their logos/IP trademarked or protected under those laws, I don't want these models to be sold to be respectful to those artists. 3D modeling these logos is easy to pick up and there's great free software out there to learn how if that's a route you want to pursue, but I highly suggest you read up on copyright and trademark laws before trying to open any kind of online business selling things like this. Do also keep in mind, theres already a gross amount of people doing that exact thing on etsy, it's kind of a flooded market already. If you wanna talk more about it/the laws/modeling whatever feel free to throw me a line on insta @hammerhead_3d
Ooh alrighty. I super appreciate it and the models are very well done. I totally understand what you're your saying and i respect that. Ill read up on some laws for copyright and yah, i don't wanna add to that toxic thing on etsy. I see it all the time on there. I do personally need to continue to learn modeling. The stl file for this doesn’t download as an stl file
Just gave this a test and not seeing the file type issue, definitely an .stl, just a bit oversized unfortunately this was before i started properly scaling these.
