I'm obsessed with your Dracula castle and other designs. I have a question: am I able to produce this and sell the actual finished product? I'm super new to this site and actually only joined because of your designs and 3d prints. FYI im in the USA where Halloween is a big thing

Hello! I had downloaded the Caravan but it seems I did not download the PDF to it. How may I go about getting just that part again?

Hello, you simply log back in into your Cults3d account and download the files again

I've noticed you are offering your newest creation in Snapmaker U1 files. Will this in time carry over to your many past files ?
Will you be amending your old files to include the U1 platform ?
Thanks in advance

Hello 👋
I will try my best to do so as much as I can but it will depend on time. I am a one band man here and time is a luxury I don not have.

Kind regards

Fulv :)

HI, I am interested in your Patreon, on the Commercial licence, but I have a couple of questions, what models are in the bonus pack that is mentioned? Is there a limit to the amount of sales that are allowed from your models? I look forward to hearing from you, Thanks Simon

Hi Simon,
Thanks for your message!
Right now, my Patreon and Thangs Commercial licence subscriptions each include two extra models: the Dragon egg and the Whale Box.
There’s no cap on how much you can earn using my models. The more you succeed, the longer you’ll stick around, which is what I value most.
I hope this clears things up for you :)
You can find more information on my Patreon site or my Thangs page.

Kind regards

Fulv :)

Do you have a Summer Pack for the Mini Castle? I can only find the Summer Pack for the full sized Castle. Thanks!

At the moment it is only available for the standard size castle but I know that people have successfully print it for the MINI CASTLE by simply making the parts 40% smaller before printing

Hello, I'm currently printing the toy shop and toy factory. I don't have an AMS (I'm using Prusa), but I can print with multiple extruders (virtual extruder). for the toy factory Could you provide me with the following files, split by color? Thank you. TOY SOLDIERS and MOSAI FLOOR Thanks

Hello,
Thank you for your message but those files are provided that way for Bambu Lab studio slicer users and not yet for PRUSA slicer. Unfortunately I do not have a multicolor system with PRUSA and I cannot do that.
Have you tried to open the stl file provided and split it into objects?

The Toy soldier can be printed in one color for people that do not have a multicolor printer. And the mosaic floor is provided with color changes at layer height only. Take a look at the stl folder

For the mosaic, the bamboo project is different from multi-layered printing. You actually mention this in the instructions, that the result is nicer. Regarding the toy soldier, It is impossible to divide it into objects on Bambu Studio or Prusa, so it is not printable in multiple colors other than on a Bambulab, which is a shame.

I know unfortunately the time it would take me to recreate those files will be taken away from new projects and as I am a one man band it is extremely difficult if not impossible to create files that are compatible with all the slicers out there.
I hope that one day there will be a format that will work for all the printer manufacturers so that everyone can benefit from it.
I am sorry that in this occasion I can’t help you.

I am now working on the THE FORTUNE TELLER CARAVAN Bundle. Excellent work. I appreciate the color changes indications. Do you know of a formula that will convert mm to layers for printing? Thanks.

Thank you 🙏
You can decide the value of the mm with the layer height you are using

Thank you for your response. I don’t understand. Example: how many mm is one layer. How many mm is two layers. When you say a color change is at 16.20 mm, how many layers is that?
Thank you.

If you are printing at 0.2mm layer height means that 1mm is layer 5. So every 5 layers is 1mm
May I ask you why you need it in layers and not in mm? All the slicers will show you both options. Look into the settings of your slicer.
Which printer and slicer are you using?

I am using Cura and printing at .2 layers. It has been suggested that I try a different slicer but I’m concerned with the learning curve. I am using a subroutine that I put into Cura. It has mm and layers. When I input mm, cura will not print it.
With your calculation, the Caravan, Base Front Left, the white color change at 16.20 would be 16.2/5 = 3.24 layers.

I would highly recommend to move away from CURA, it is the most difficult slicer to use out there and inferior to others for sure.. All the other slicer are much easier to use….. use ORCA slicer or Prusa slicer and your life will be so much easier.
16.20mm at 0.2mm per layer is = 81 layers.

I am willing to offer you a video call to show you how to use a different slicer. I am based in the UK please let me know how we can connect. If you click on the contact button on my Cults3d main page you will be sending me an email so we can arrange a call.

let me know

Fulv :)

Thanks for the information and the offer to help. A couple of years ago I downloaded Prusa slicer. I could not get it to work. I couldn’t get anyone to send a copy of their Prusa settings so that I could figure out why I couldn’t get it to work. No help. I gave up on it and went back to Cura. In a couple of weeks, after things settle down around here, I’ll try Prusa again. I may contact you at that time for some help. Thanks.

A Bambu Lab printer offers excellent value for money and is surprisingly affordable. If you’re into 3D printing, I highly recommend it. The Bambu Lab studio also serves as a very good slicer, comparable to the PRUSA slicer.

Thank you. I'll keep that in mind.

Is there a way you could put a list together that shows the plate # to what it corralates in the assembly instructions the Item # and Name?
I'm really confused and this would really help. Thanks!

The Haunted Manor, sorry

Hi, did you download the pdf documents? All the details are on there :) including the animated assembly instructions

Yes I downloaded it all. I was printing out plates 2 & 3 and not sure how the colors were supposed to be, hard to tell which colors were on the bottom and top. I know what the plate colors say, and used those colors.

Also as far as layers supposed to go on plate 2 = Bottom Layer Marble Limestone & Top Layer Ash Grey, 3rd plate Marble, Ash Marble?

Here are the general steps to print my models:

  1. Open Bambu Lab Studio.
  2. Click “Open Project.”
  3. Navigate to the project file and click “Open.” (This method ensures the project is opened correctly and you don’t lose any settings I made for you.) My models aren’t painted. Instead, I’ve set up colour changes at specific layer heights so that people with or without an AMS system can still print them in multicolour. To see the plate showing the different colours, you’ll need to slice it to view the graphical representation of the colour changes. Some of my models have each plate named with the colours I’ve used, in the order or use. If you can’t see the full text, simply click the pen icon to reveal the full text string. Some models have random colours showing on the screen. These are simply to highlight the fact that there are colour changes happening. They don’t represent the colours you should print with (they’re just a reference). My latest models (like the Dracula Castle) use more similar colour representations closer to the actual colours I’ve used.

So, look at the plate name. It will tell you the colours to use and the order.

  • Put those colours in your AMS, no matter which slot.

  • Slice the plate.

  • Send it to the printer.

  • A window will pop up, giving you a choice to allocate the colours to the slots where you put them.

  • Select the correct colours and print!

It’s very simple, I promise.

I can also offer you a video call if you need help. Let me know if you’d like me to set up a call for you. I’m based in the UK.

I really hope this helps and that you’ll learn something new in the process. :)

Let me know,

Thanks so much, this explanation helps. I will let you know if I need that call :)

Hi im interested in a few of your models but as i have never printed any. how much filament and hours to print does the dracula one take and say the hot air balloon. Great work work really stands out from the crowd

Hi, It depends on how many colors you decide to use.
All my models come with a full list of materials / colors.
Generally speaking you do not need much material at all, 99.99% of the color changes are at layer height and they don’t waste any material.

I hope this helps.

Hi! I'm in the middle of printing the Tuscan Villa. I am having a problem printing the roof. for some reason it starts to print half of it then tries to print the other half after printing the first layer on half. I don't know if this makes sense. my slicer says that the file is missing the first layer. I've tried the arachne generater, I've tried on two different printers. I've even tried both files for it. Please help

Hi, sure I can help you.
First of all, what printer are you using? Are you using the Bambu Lab project files provided?
If you are using the Bambu Lab or Prusa project file, have you changed anything in the project? Have you moved part from one plate to another?
How did you open the files?
Please let me know

Kind regards

Fulv :)

I am using Anycubic Kobra 3 and 3max. I have tried the bambo lab 3mf file and the stl file. I have not tried the prusa files. I have not transferred the roof to another plate. I think its wierd that it's only the roof I'm having problems with. Everything else I have printed is spectacular in detail so far!

I don't know if you can do anything about my issue However i have been tiring to download the toy Factory PDF files now for 6 hours and it mostly fails to complete the download just a few days ago it was downloading these files in a matter of seconds , I have checked all my stuff on my side and run a download test it shows to be fast speed so It must be either your site or something on cults 3D Which I have also contacted about this issue

Hi please note that I don’t have a website myself, I am using Cults3d to upload my models for people to buy them on here.
It sounds like an IT website problem or a problem with your computer or internet connection.
Please make sure you write to Cults3d support, I m sure they will be able to help.

I'm having trouble with the Santa Toy Shop. The colors are not populating in the slicer. Can you help me understand what I am doing wrong? Thanks!

Hello,
Sure I can help as much as I can.
Can you please tell me which slicer and printer are you using?
If you are using the Bambu Lab project files please follow the following guidelines:

Im using Anycubic "SlicerNext" and the printer is the Kobra S1 combo. I am trying to use the Bamboo files.... Sorry for my ignorance, I just got the printer a week ago. Maybe I'm in over my head. Your bullet points above seem like I'm over thinking this... I think I'm getting there though.
Because the object on the plate had only one color assigned to it, I incorrectly assumed that something was wrong when actually the color change is happening on the other side (so to speak)... I could have sworn I seen the models fully colored in the "prepare" tab once before, but I must have been mistaken.
I just sliced a plate and can see the color change on the layer slider. I will follow your bullet points, I know I read this before several times while trying to figure this out on my own. It just never clicked until now. Thanks so much for help and time and again, My apologies for not understanding sooner.

No problem at all :) I m happy to help!
Yes if you are using other types of printers you need to simply import the stl files one by one and follow the pdf docu9to set up the color changes with your slicer.
It is not complicated I ensure you. Once you have done it once it will be second nature.

Keep me posted on your progress.

Kind regards

Fulv :)

Re: THE FORTUNE TELLER CARAVAN Bundle
I came across two parts in the Fortune Teller Caravan the I believe might look good with a couple of color changes. They are not listed in the Color Change pdf. The two parts are the Front Side Wall and Rear Side Wall as mentioned in the Assembly pdf as parts #9 & 18. They are shown in the ‘walls stairs front rear floors’ stl in the parts list.
