If you are using a multi-color printer you can color it on your slicer, otherwise you can color it by hand after printing.
can this file be printed in multi colour or just solid colour
The design is in single color stl format, you can resize it with any slicer if you wish.

Hello, I do not use a SLA type printer. I've never used it. I recommend pressing it perpendicularly to the table in an FDM type printer, because it does not leave surface layer marks. You can stick it to the tray in the easiest way on a Sla type printer. You don't need to press it upright, I don't think it will be a problem.
