I use Cure. I just reprinted the top part 4% bigger and it fits better on top of the entire surface. Doesn't the upper part leave a hole for you where it rests?

Hi my friend. Thank you for buying. The size that came is the real size of the dagger for a 1.70m human. But, If you are going to print in SLA/DLP technology printer tou can try to re-scale it for any size that fits your printer.

I have run off a few versions on my resin printer and although thkeycap dimensions seem acurate the underside seems off and will not fit over my key switches any tips?

I added it to the cart along with other .stl and it was not my idea. That's why I wanted to know if a refund is possible after downloading it. I really regret the purchase and even more so after I was double charged for taxes.
If a refund is not possible, no problem, it will help me not to make the same mistake

Hello friend! I think yes you can get a refund! No problem from.my side. But actually you paid the Cults 3D site when you did purchase, not me. Cults only pays me after a month from the purchase, so I think in this case you need to contact Cults 3D team. I'll check If I can do something to help, but, unfortunately, I think I don't. Please check your purchases page!
