I bought this thinking it would print as seen. It says no where that it is a solid print. I would like my money back please because it is useless to me.

i have bambu studios and it won't allow me to open this file is there a way i can get a refund or you can send me an stl i can just download instead of trying to open it straight into the bambu studios? i don't know if there was one but i saw no warning before i paid that i wasn't going to be able to use this file with bambu studios.

Hello, I just purchased this file . In the description it states "sometimes available without horns " so I assumed there would be an option without horns . I downloaded and now see that isnt an option . Is there anyway that you could modify it , making it without the horns and send it in an stl file ? My son wants to wear this for Halloween, but the horns make it difficult to print the right size and he doesnt want horns .
