Hello, what error are you getting and which slicing program are you using?

I tested it here and it's working perfectly.

If you're using resin, try opening it with Chitubox, and if it's a filament printer, use Cura.

You can also open the file using Chitubox, adjust the specifications, and then save an STL file again. This way it recreates it to the desired specifications.

I purchased your 3D model and wanted to adjust the proportions of the body and the head. However, when I open it in Blender, I can’t cleanly separate the head from the torso — the mesh doesn’t split accurately.

Since you are the creator of this figure, could you please send me the head and the body as two separate files?

Hello, sorry, at the moment we only offer the model in single parts. To separate the head from the body, I suggest using a program like ZBrush, or if you're going to use a slicer, try using Chitubox.

Hi, can you tell me what error you're getting? Have you tried resizing the object? See if that helps. Or open it in another program, like Cura for filament or Chitubox for resin. Resize it and save it again as an STL file.

Hello, sorry for what might be a dumb question. I don't have a 3D printer yet. I am going to get one soon. I was curious for example the professor oak which I will buy right away. Does it just print as is and I paint it. Or can I actually print in the proper colors shown in the picture? Does the printer know what color to use for each bit and I assume those instructions are in the file that it will read. I'm assuming it comes down to me putting in the right filaments in there. Is it like a real printer where it'll just mix and match to get the right color? Thanks so much!

Hello, there are several types of printers and ways to do it. The file isn't colored. If you print with liquid 3D resin, you'll need to paint manually.

If you print with filament, you'll also need to paint. If you use a Bambu Lab X1 Carbon printer, you can use the "Bambu Studio" app that comes with the printer and color the file on your computer. Then, when you print with filament, the printer will print the color you selected in the app. I recommend checking which printer model you're going to buy and researching how to print in color online. Depending on the printer, you may need to paint manually.

Hello, the files are in STL, and are single color, you can open the file in Bamboo Studio and add color using the paint bucket (N). See a tutorial on how to paint the models for Bamboo Lab.

You mean the bit style? I don't have any of the bit, but I can make an American football one without a pattern to customize. And you can print it in any size you want, just use the slicer's scale. I'll make it and post it soon and let you know.
