Hello. For all slicers, you first load the model in STL format, and then, after configuring the slicer for your specific printer, the slicer outputs a file adapted for your printer.

All my models are sold in STL format (sometimes they come in archive folders, which you can open with WinRAR or other extraction programs).

Thank you for letting me know. It was indeed a violation of my copyright — Until now, the model was under a Cults PU – Private Use license, which did not allow commercial use.

But honestly, I wasn’t particularly against it. My paid models allow commercial use, so I figured it would be fair to do the same for the free ones. So I’ve decided to change the license of all my free models to CC BY now.

It still requires attribution, of course. It would be nice and polite of him to at least indicate the author of the original, but let's leave it on his conscience :)

Hello! Thank you! I'm glad my supports were useful. It's hard to say in one post how I do them, it's a combination of guides I've read and lots and lots of practice. But I'll try to describe a few main things I think about when placing supports.

The most common critical points in placing supports:
1. islands (don't let the printer start printing "from the air", including inside the model),
2. support arches,
3. rotate the model several times in search of a position where you'll have to put the least amount of supports. With animals, the difficulty is often that it's best to place them face down, but at the same time it's bad because the supports will leave marks on the face.
4. add at least 2 holes for draining the resin
5. do not allow suction cups - hollow areas in the model without a drainage hole. Printing any empty area should start from the drainage hole

Read guides, look for chats where other printer owners communicate and ask there, download free samples of models from cool studios and study their supports. And a lot of practice, of course, in the first six months I had to redo the supports 2-3 times before they printed without errors.

Hello! Most likely, the folder is archived (.rar or .zip). To open it you need any program to open archives, like 7-zip or Winrar.

I'm sorry you're having trouble printing this model.

Unfortunately, I don't know much about filament printers (I print on polymer printers). Perhaps you should try experimenting with the position of the model relative to the print bed, try different angles and different supports. I've heard that filament printers have problems with stringing between two thin elements, on the owl such an area is on its head, where there are two feathers. If the problem is there, you may need to reduce the print speed specifically in that place (or in any other place where the problem is observed). As far as I remember, slicers for filament printers have the ability to change the print speed for a specific place.
Unfortunately I can't help with more than that as I work mostly with polymer printers rather than filament ones.

If you can't solve the problem, you can write to support for a refund.

Sorry, I don't speak Spanish and I didn't quite understand the exact problem you were facing.

I downloaded and checked the files, they are all there in the archive "kingfisher_cults.rar". To open it, you need any archive opening program (like 7-zip or winRAR). The archive is needed to preserve the folder structure and all parts of the model were not piled up, which would create chaos.
