Hello. It has been over two weeks since I purchased your “Model Girl #1” creation, only to find the wrong STL in the download. Your offer to give me the model over Discord is neither good customer service nor a rational solution. Frankly I don’t want to exchange contact information over a Cults3D-unaffiliated website to get the model I paid for, and as a Cults3D seller you are obligated to have the correct model available on Cults3D.
Cults3D requires customers to first contact the seller and wait at least seven days for a response before reporting a customer service issue. I have so far made two requests for you to resolve this issue (one here and one on the creation page), and we are well past that deadline. I was actually nearly finished composing that message when my compassion got the better of me, and I started typing this comment instead. I really would rather not see you get in trouble over this, nor do I want to see any of your very nice models taken down. So, I’m going to ask you one more time: please edit the creation page (https://cults3d.com/en/3d-model/fashion/model-girl-1) so that buyers like me receive the actual “Model Girl #1” STL when we click the “download” button—like it’s supposed to be—within the next three days. After that, I’ll have to ask the higher-ups at Cults3D to have a word with you about this. These terms should be more than reasonable. Thank you for your consideration.

Hi. I purchased “Model Girl #1” (cults3d.com/en/3d-model/fashion/model-girl-1), but the STL I downloaded was a man wearing shades titled “Yunus”, which I cannot find anywhere in your gallery. Could you please provide the correct STL?
Also, the following two files are identical duplicates. (I bought both of them my mistake.) I would suggest that you remove one of them,.

Why not just update the item page with the correct STL? (Other Cults3D sellers do it all the time when they’ve made modifications to their designs.) That way, you won’t have to go through this again with the next customer who purchases this model. Plus it’ll save your customers the hassle of finding that they’ve received a different model than the one they expected to get and having to contact you about it. And I won’t have to create a Discord account just for this one exchange; I can just download the model again from Cults3D after you’ve replaced the STL.
