Just to clarify your question: this model is printed as a single piece (not MMU/multi-material compatible). The version in the photos was hand-painted after printing.

We're already considering making MMU-compatible versions in the future!

Hello, my name is Kianna. I am interested in your pricing of your Happy Crab 3d print model ( https://cults3d.com/en/3d-model/art/happy-crab-usagipan3dstudios ) for use commercially. We are a non-profit that works with adults with disabilities and they wanted to make sensory kits that we would sell to home school groups and other organizations. The idea would be that each box we make would come with a little crab miniature. If we could customize it by adding our logo to the back that would be ideal. Thank you for purchasing our model!

Yes, you need to extract the files from the ZIP folder. To do this, place your cursor over the ZIP file and right-click. In the menu that appears, look for the option "Extract All" (depending on your operating system). A window will pop up asking where you want to save the extracted files. Choose a folder or location of your preference and click "Extract" or "OK." Once the extraction is complete, you’ll see a new folder with the files that were inside the ZIP. Now, you can open the STL file in your slicing software and prepare it for printing.

We hope you can successfully extract the files. If you still need help, feel free to contact us, and we’ll always be available to assist.

I love the design on the bow with a keyhole loop and have printed a lot of them but the loop where the loop is always breaks. Is there a way in the future you can double reinforce that loop?

Hi! I'm trying to print the Round Bee in bambu studio and I'm running into an issue where when I try to color just the wings or antenna or stripes, it colors the whole item that one color. The only edges this bambu studio can find on this model are the ones surrounding the eyes. Other people on reddit have had similar issues with models, and the suggestion was to try to contact the creator to see if it was possible to get an un-optimized model. Can you help me here so I can make sure it prints with the same color scheme you show on the site here?
(reddit thread for reference... i'm not 100% sure this is the issue, but bambu studio definitely isn't seeing any edges except for around the eyes)

I purchased the baby bat open wing. I am having a hard time printing with Prusaslicer. I was using support everywhere and for some reason the first point of wings next to body are not turning out. I am not sure what I am doing wrong, Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
