I recently downloaded the Iron Man MK3 helmet for cosplay stl and one file, the Jaw, I cannot get to print properly. I keep get an Error: non_manifold edges.

Unless it's a private commission, usually it takes lots of time, before we release this kind of models. In terms of overwatch it depends on the requests we get; they require a lot of work, and they have so many skins that it would be impossible for us to make them all and still publish other franchise designs. In terms of Apex Legends, I never played the game, and don't know a lot about the character. For my catalog, I only model characters that I know. The best way for you would be to add a screw/thread adapters. I do not suggest printing them in PLA, instead using real metal ones. If you print them, they can break or ruin pretty easily, and every time, you'll need to reprint the entire part

Hey I originally bought the Solaire helmet STL (it turned out great) and I found out that you also sold a bundle that included a bunch of things for the cosplay (e.g bracers, sword, shield etc). Good afternoon! Would you be able to include a file of the full helmet minus horn on the Alphonse Elric helmet? My printer is big enough to fit the helmet but not with the horn protruding so I'd like to print the helmet in one piece and the horn seperate, instead of having to print the entire thing in pieces and weld together. No, we do not have STEP or STP file for any of our files, those kind of files are created in a completely different way and are not compatible with each other especially STL to STEP. STL works with a series of vertex, while STEP with curves. You cannot convert one into the other and viceversa

I bought the Buzz Lightyear cosplay armor, and I wanted to know what I need to do to use it once I have all the printed pieces. Do I have to glue them together? Do I glue them onto a t-shirt or pants? Will I be able to move around when I assemble it? Or will the armor be rigid?
You can assemble the armor pieces with clips, nylon and elastic strips, for example for the chest and back I would use plastic clips, for the abs plates nylon strips attached to each place. You can move in it, if you do the right way.
There are some files that are optional: knee, thigh, forearm. How do I print those files? I mean, so that I can move, because if I print them with PLA, they remain rigid, ha ha ha.

You can use Autodesk Meshmixer or Blender (which are free software) to cut the model however you like. But if you need help, we can do it for you, you'll just need to send an email at: unknownstudios00@gmail.com with the request and order number and we'll send a new folder cut to fit your 3D printer

The armor is scaled for a person around 1.75-1.85m tall. As you saw in the insertion: All our armors/helmets/props are scaled to human proportions. I strongly suggest printing a single layer of the circumference before printing the tighter pieces (for example, shins, forearms, chest, hips). It will save you a lot of material in the scenario you need to upscale/downscale it.

We got the file, but I don't suggest printing that base mesh, you can use simple gray tennis shoes (so that you can walk comfortably as well) and simply place the guarded spike on top as a cover.
