Hello I purchased your world of Warcraft diorama of the lich king with the dragon. So far everything is printing beautifully but I realized I’m missing a file. There is no pants in the lich king folder. Got his chest piece and the legs. Don’t have the piece that goes under the chest to connect his legs. If you can send that asap I’m printing all this as a bday gift. Thanks

Okay, so, I've tried to print downloaded model, but there is some problems. First of all, whole base isn't straight. I mean, all 4 parts, does not match to each other. Then i've tried printing it, but previously I've tried matching them in my slicer, and well, it doesn't match at all. There is a really big gap between 2 "cubes" I would say. The second problem is with belt parts. I dont know how should I print is, its too small, and there is no point of just printing it. I dont know, maybe whole model in one could be better, but for now, its ugly after printing to be honest. My printer isn't the problem, everything is new, and everything is fine. All my models prints really nice, but this one looks ugly. I would like to refund model.

Hi. I printed DAENERYS TARGARYEN BUST WITH DRAGON. At 100% scale it was amazing. I am trying to print at 200% scale on Bambu H2D. The Bust is amazing but I can't print the dragon. Can you tell me the best orientation to print this. It has failed 4 times now.

I purchased your Jeff model, and I can't seem to print it right...
I've tried approximately 8 times, and they all seem to screw up at some point in the printing process. I've tried printing other things between trying Jeff to see if it's my printer, but it only seems to be this model. Any idea why? It always screws up on the fins, whether that be the tail or the back fin.

Based on your description, it sounds like the fins might require a bit more attention to support placement or orientation during slicing
