I'm open to signing a release form, but before doing so, I'd love to get a few more details:

1. What is the name of the TV show and which channel/platform will it air on?
2. In which country will it be broadcast?
3. Will the production be commercial?
4. Would it be possible to receive a screen credit mentioning my Cults3D profile?

4. Unfortunately, no. CBS doesn't provide screen credits for vendors/artists. They could, however, provide you with a screen capture of your model being used in the scene after the episode airs. There are a couple of hoops to jump through, as their PR department is very stringent, but it can be done.

Before signing the release form, I’d just like to clarify one final point regarding the commercial use of the model.

Since the show is an international commercial production, is there any licensing fee or compensation associated with the use of my model in the production, or is the release intended as a complimentary permission request?

I’m absolutely open to collaborating and would simply like to understand the licensing terms before reviewing and signing the release form.

I can e-mail you the release form for you to have a look at. As far as compensation goes, we typically pay what the artist asks for in their original post, but since this model is priced quite low, you can throw a number at me, and if it works for us, I can input that through the "make an offer' button for you to approve.

I'd just like to clarify one important point regarding the pricing of my model.

The price currently displayed on my Cults3D page is intended for personal use only. It allows customers to purchase and print the model for private, non-commercial purposes. It does not include commercial usage rights, especially for use in a commercial television production.

Since Boston Blue is a commercial, internationally distributed TV show, a separate commercial license would be required for this type of use.

The value of that commercial license is based on the original creation and modeling work that went into designing this giant great white shark from scratch. For this type of production, my licensing fee is $90 USD, which includes the model itself along with the commercial rights to use it in your production.

If that works for your production, you can certainly send me the release form for review, and we can finalize everything through the "Make an Offer" option.

I've now updated the listing specifically for our agreement.

I've changed the license from Personal Use (PU) to Commercial Use (CU) and updated the price to $90 USD so you can complete the purchase through Cults3D.

This change has been made specifically for this project and our agreement regarding the commercial use of the model in Boston Blue.

You can now proceed with the purchase whenever you're ready.
