Hi There, I really love your WarShip designs, your McKenna and Fredasa models are legendary! I was wondering if you were going to make the Texas Class Battleship sometime based on the same Deviant Art fanart?

I do plan on making them among the others from that fan-TRO in my backlog. I'm currently suffering real world issues and another round of BT burnout, so I can't give a fair ETA of when I'll get to it at this time.
No problem mate! take all the time you need
Someone is selling 3D prints of your Crusading Valkyrie model on Ebay, in violation of the Non Commercial use license. You should report this to Cults3D and to Ebay. If you look through your download history, you should find a similar name to the Ebay shop owner, and they are from Argentina. Here is the link: https://www.ebay.com/itm/166524116081
That's BrianBanzai's model, not mine, which is based off of his.

I will pass along your information to him again. Thank you for keeping an eye out!
Thanks for the Goliath mini. Looks good. Also how are you coming along on the Achilles?
Thanks
Bob
looking good.
Any chance you'll revisit your "Ruler Class Dropship" and potentially turn it into the Excalibur dropship? If you squint juuuust right you can see the similarities, minus the landing gear and some details like the cupola at the top.
Love your stuff!
There's a rather large chance actually. I can't make a promise of when, but yes it'll get revisited for a pure build from the ground up. I just have a large backlog and currently only one of the dozen ships is a Dropship and the rest are Warships at my Fleet scale.
My MO is however many ships I do of one series(Fleetscale FanTRO vs Dropships/Jumpships), I will then do of the other to try to help with burnout. I'm nearing an end of 3 Dropships currently. I'll then return to 3 more Delrane's Warships before I attempt Dropships. The only Dropship I currently am contemplating is a Leopard CV. So adding an Excalibur wouldn't be out of the realm of possibility. So getting to it this year should be doable. Summer at the earliest.
That makes absolute sense and thanks for considering whatever nonsense I spouted in my original message. Though, yeah, my inner Department of Reasonable Expectation is working overtime after reading the words Leopard CV, not gonna lie.
The world has dozens of Leopards, but the only CV is through an Etsy store. I also had a close friend ask for it, so it's on the "To-Do" List. I just don't want to set unreasonable expectations. Life has been Magic 8-Balling me hard for time management over the last year. As I've said to others, sometimes I get in the zone and hyper focus and knock something out in 24 hours, while other times weeks or months pass before completing projects.
I saw the Etsy one, ehhh, bit overpriced for something I can't scale to my preferences and have to use as-is. It doesn't look bad though, but I always have something more interesting to buy.
So I'll wait for you and your muse, however erratic that muse may be.
The wait for your Leopard CV was worth it, well done!
Love your stuff! I almost fell off of my chair when I saw the Revenger. What are you cooking up next?
Next up will be an Achilles. I'll then be returning to doing more Warships.
Like the Newgrange and Faslane?
I'm doing ships from the Fan TRO: Delrane's Fighting Ships and some from Project Nelson. I wouldn't mind tackling a Newgrange/Faslane, but it's gonna be a long time before that'll get done. Then again, it depends if I need a break from everything else and inspiration hits that bumps it up on the "To-Do" list. I currently have 11 ships on the docket. I might do a ship a day or it can take a month. Other delays occur from burnout or if I feel the need to stop and insert projects like the dropships.
I was just giving a couple of suggestions. I'll have to look up the Tro and project to see what might be after the Achilles. Have a good weekend, Bob
Hi again, would you cut the Achiles in half? My print base is 294mm long and I plan to enlarge it to 438.6 mm long for mech scale.
When I get to the Achilles, I can do that for you now that I know in advance. My recommendation for Mechscale would be 508-512mm. It's your resin when the time comes, so as long as you're happy with it, that's all that matters.
Are you planning a space battle with it? The Achilles can't enter the Atmosphere. Just curious.
I'll see about making plug/connection inserts when the time comes. I may need a reminder after the fact in case I forget. Which adhesive will you use to join the parts? Epoxy? Quick UV Resin? I can try to micro-score it in advance to help the bond.
Or are you asking for the Avenger to be cut in half? It's Mechscale should be 192-200mm in length.
I use a Makerbot Replicator + at the Libarery . Since it's plastic filiment I use the old Testors red tube model glue.
No I printed the Avanger over the weekend. I'll see how it came out Tues. and let you know. I was thinking about a space battle dio later on, but I have to get my other dropships finished first. then figure out which one to paint in diffetrnt colors.
Darn...I forgot to get back to you. The Avenger came out great. Just need to buckle down and get it on the paint rack. How is the Achilles coming along? I read the last post and it sounds like it's looking good. I also like the sound of a Leopard CV. Take care. Bob
Someone is trying to sell a 3D print of your Crusader model on Ebay and didn't give you credit

Thank you for letting me know. My model originated from BrianBanzai, which is the model that person is selling. I've messaged him and passed along your link.
The machine guns on the A torso are far to frail to print reliably. Can they be updated to more durable?
Which "A Torso" are you referring to?
the Ferrum Jubatus. I shouldn't be posting when I was already half asleep...
Hey, I saw your designs, just wanted to say they're great! Always happy to see more BT stuff out there
Thanks! Much appreciated. :)
Hi there. Do you take commissions for battletech warships?
Sorry, but I take requests only. My To-Do list is full at this time. I have no idea when I'll be open to any other options.
