What scale is this?

Hi, I really wanted to build one of those model motorcycle kits for someone as a gift but they dont make the model toy kits for this specific model. With these files would I be able to achieve that? Cause I really dont wanna print the bike as a whole, I want the pieces separate so I can then make an exact copy of their bike.

While reviewing downloads and commercial listings, I noticed that several models downloaded from Cults3D appear to be offered for sale as physical 3D-printed products by the same eBay business seller:

There are multiple overlaps between items downloaded from Cults and products sold commercially on that eBay store (car parts, organizers, figures, etc.).

Some of the affected models (including mine) are distributed under Personal Use (PU) licenses, which do not permit commercial resale without prior agreement.

To be clear:
I am not making accusations on your behalf — only suggesting that you may want to independently verify whether any of your designs are being sold there without your authorization.

If you find unauthorized commercial use, you may consider:
• reporting the listing via eBay VeRO (copyright infringement)
• contacting Cults3D support and referencing both links
• submitting a formal copyright notice
• optionally sending a cease & desist directly

Several creators have already begun reporting similar overlaps, and multiple independent reports generally help platforms review cases more seriously.

Bonjour, je voudrai vous signaler que dans le fichier il manque 1 pièce n°8 garde boue avant c'est plutot ennyeux car sans cette pièce le modèle reste pas fini. je suis motard et je pilote cette moto et c'est pourquoi je l'ai imprimée. je vous remercie de votre retour et si toutefois vous pourriez me fournir le fichier de la pièce manquante en vous en remerciant vivement. Hi. Can you please assist with the Hayabusa model? The supports keep on breaking parts like the handles and mirrors. Is there a way to print without support or do you perhaps have settings for the slice to have the support come off without breaking parts?
