Hello! I'm having some issues with the model for "Saint Mary -the protection of mother GOD" art piece, It seems to have around 2.8k non manifold edges and the face at the back is missing, I added it on Blender but the model isn't able to be repaired correctly even after this fix.

I'm having an issue with the 3d file, there are too many non-manifold edges and it isn't able to be repaired. Have you been able to update this file?

I recently purchased your Our Lady of Lourdes model and I am really impressed with the quality and design. It’s a beautiful piece!

However, I’ve been encountering some challenges during the printing process, specifically with the rosary beads near the hand. Since that part of the model is not attached to the main body, it requires supports. Because that section is extremely delicate, I’ve had difficulty removing the supports without accidentally breaking the rosary beads, even when using tree supports and being very careful.

I wanted to reach out to see if you have any specific recommendations or printing tips for this area. Do you suggest a specific print orientation, support settings, or perhaps a different approach to ensure that part prints successfully without breaking?

I'm printing with Bambu Lab A1.

Any advice you could share would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time and for creating such a lovely piece.

hey i downloaded the last Supper-Eucharistic Holy Bread Basket and the files are way too big so is theyre any chance you can make them smaller?

I tested the STL file named “Columns Classical Decoration N2” in my slicer, and it shows a very high number of non-manifold and open edge errors (around 7900+ issues). Because of this, the model is not slicing properly and it’s risky to print.

Could you please check the file and make sure the mesh is fully closed (watertight), manifold, and exported as a proper solid? It seems there may be open surfaces or boolean problems in the current version.

Please send me the corrected STL file so I can proceed with printing.

Hello, I purchased your Santa Claus - bust. It's a great looking model, by far the best one I have found!!!

Would it be possible to make it not hollow? When I print busts, I like to split them vertically into 2 pieces, lay them on the cut and print. It allows for a large gluing surface for the 2 pieces to adhere to. Again, great model! Thanks for making great content!
