Tried to print the knight twice and both times the arms and sword would not print, they fell off. Second attempt was in high definition with tree supports, took over 24 hours. Do you test your designs or just throw them out there to see what happens?

Hi. I really love your work!! Are the files in colour? If not would you be able to split them up so I can print them in colour. I can print four colour at a time and that will not be enough to print them. And I am really really bad at painting :-). Best regards.
I need a refund for STL. The file is not of the same detail/ quality/ texture as what is advertised. The STL looks like a shabby scan of a mini fig.
