Good evening.

First of all, I would like to congratulate you on your beautiful work.

Secondly, if it is possible, I would like to make a request:

Would it be possible for you to make a Coral Snake with an articulated jaw, so as to show its teeth?

I recently acquired some of your models, for use in children's environmental education. The visible Proteroglyphous dentition is the only thing I felt was missing in your work.

Thank you in advance for your attention.

We will get to one, but have the next couple planned out. Did you see the cobra? That has the dentition you are looking for, or as close as we can get it and make it printable.

Good afternoon.

I hadn't seen this model before.

I'll buy it right away.

Thank you.

Got it thanks

hello Xavier here, I recently subscribed to your designs. I'm a little confused. I got the welcome pack and I see the lava dragon, but my question is most of your downloads on here. Do I need to purchase them or how does it work?

You subscribed via Patreon or on Tribes? First of all welcome, old designs that are not part of the welcome pack do need to be purchased. However in the pinned posts on both Patreon and tribes there is a 40% discount coupon as well as links to purchase past subscriber exclusives that are hidden from public purchase.

having a problem with the head staying attached on the alligator. maybe the shank isnt log enough? anyway to print with a longer connection shank? everything else seems to work. have tried a couple times with the same issue.

suggest either increasing scale 1 or 2 percent or using glue if you are having problems with a particular filament/settings

We purchased the tree python. My question is regarding attaching the head. We can not get the square peg to fit into the hole on the body. We've had some breaks trying. We are going to try and file it and glue it. Is there a trick to it? I do not see a read me file or anything with help so I thought I'd ask. Thank you.

You do have to get the right angle. If you having trouble might try printing the head and jaw at 99%

I gotta say that I've paid for and printed off several of your reptile models... I have a Elegoo Neptune 3 Max, and scaling up these snakes and lizards has been an honor... the detail in them has been second to none. It might take 2 or 3 days for some of these prints, but I'm just blown away at the realism.

My question to you, because I really want to transition into a multicolor printer so my prints will come out the way yours do on the website. What multicolor printer do you use? Thank you in advance.

I personally use mainly Prusa Xl's, but I do have bambus and Snapmakers as well

I paid for the bluetongue but it fails to download, can you please send another link or something?

I am pretty sure cults had an issue. Did you get it squared away?

no , it still wont download , it gets almost to the end then says the file is removed

Ok, I will contact Cults to see what is going on. Has happened to 3 people in the last week and a half. In the meantime can you contact me on facebook or email raki-box@raki-taki.com so I can get you taken care of.

thank you, i sent an fb message

We are hitting a wall with the hognose snake we have a small printer toybox and we are new. Would you be kind to help us by seprating the body

have you tried scaling it down to fit?

Hello. I've subscribed to you on Patreon. Now I can sell toys on behalf of your brand. Thank you for making such beautiful and realistic animal and reptile models. Take care.

Hello. How do I purchase a license?

i bought twice by accident i wanted the ball pathon

Hi! I hope you’re doing well. I wanted to kindly ask if you could share my diorama with your followers. I put a lot of effort into creating it, and it would mean a lot to me if people could take a moment to check it out.
I also want to say that I’m really passionate about 3D design and printing. I hope to buy my own 3D printer one day, but for now I’m doing my best with the limited resources I have. That’s why any support or visibility truly helps and motivates me to keep improving.
I am asking you all that because you are one of my best inspiration in 3d printing career.

hi i bought your texas horned lizard and i need to know what color you used for the main body, it looks like a silk gradient of some kind.

Also printing the Bush Viper at 80%so I purchased the 8mm eyes per another conversation. However, the end of the tail on the 75% I printed was very fragile when taking the skirt off and broke

I will be updating it this weekend to make it more scalable

What glue do you use for the eyes

Just good old superglue of choice

how do you fit the head into the body? I see the square in the body but the head and jaw are flat

Which model. Either the jaw or the head has a peg that folds out.

I found the peg ....do you super glue that also when inserting into the square of the Bush Viper

Hi I downloaded as a zip file and can’t open it

You have to extract the file first. They are zipped to make them smaller to download. On a windows computer right click the file and choose extract.

Hello, for the Flexi Lizard this is the third one I've made, the head remains blocked, no possibility of rotating it up and down. Kind regards.

Contact us through email or face book messenger so we can see a picture. Raki-box@raki-taki.com or raki-box on facebook

I can't slice the body it fails every time

What model?

hello, i am just a home 3d printer and was wondering if i join your patreon and leave at some point for any reason, can i still sell the prints i have made ?, i only go to boot fairs, so i am not making a fortune lol, probably only do a few a year, many thx, your designs are very good

Hey, Just making sure I talked to you on facebook, right?

yes that is right

Good day i hope you are well. I just printed the rattle snake. And the fangs are way too small. I was just wondering if you can check the size on your side and let me know so i can re scale it and save it correctly. Im importing the files and printing as is. And if i bring in the fangs. In the slicer it mesutes x22.2mm ,y15.23mm ,and z1.99mm. Are these sizes correct. Because if i compare them to the head they seem to be almost 50 percent too small to even try to clip into the head. Thank you for your time

Sorry it took awhile to respond. Can you contact me through Facebook messenger or email? Send a picture of your sliced file. They are correct in the file so want to see where the issue is occurring.

Do you have a gila monster or horned toad pattern?

Does the Green Tree python require supports when printing? I loaded it into my Bambu studio and it's telling me that the Body has floating cantilever.

No supports needed, the only supports needed are built in.

Thank you! That was a super quick response! I can’t wait till this print finishes! Your designs are beautiful! My son is so excited for this snake! I’m also getting your Patreon today!
