Hi. I’m looking for the tattoo whale STL file. My search brought me to you but not available. Do you know which file I am taking about.

Hi, this is the only model I have that bears some resemblance to what you're describing. I'm not sure if it's the one you were looking for. Here is a link to my Patreon shop, where it is currently available. Hope that helps. " patreon.com/MrsNordStudio/shop/2085608 "

It is similar but I don’t need a commercial license. Printing for my grandsons. Thanks anyways.

I was printing the Flexi fox and the two I had on the plate failed less that 10 layers in. I used the base file import and with a purge object but no settings were changed. Has this been a problem with this file where the filament prints half a layer and rest spaghetti

Hi! Go to the Fox listing and read the product description. There is a link that takes you directly to the site to download the printable file.

Hello. I purchased your orcas for commercial use but the only file that downloaded was a zip file that was actually just the jpg of the license. I am new to this, but how do I download the project file? When I go back to the listing, it wants me to buy it again.

Hi! Thank you for your purchase. Don't worry, you don't need to buy it again. Go to the Orca listing and read the product description. There is a link that takes you directly to the site to download the printable file.

Hi! Sorry for the delay in getting back to you—Cults didn’t notify me earlier.

Yes, by purchasing this commercial license, you're allowed to sell physical prints of this model on platforms like Amazon, Etsy, or at craft fairs. However, mass production or factory-level manufacturing is not permitted under this license.

The license is intended for small business use, and we currently allow up to 1200 printed units per year per model (or about 100 per month). If you're planning to produce more than that, feel free to reach out for an extended license.

Thanks for your interest!

If I plan to print more products later, can you provide the price and purchase method of the extended license?

The STL file is broken and I cannot print it. Can you fix it or can I get a refund?

Hello, thanks for the purchase. Please let me know exactly what issue you're experiencing with the file, and I’ll fix it as soon as possible so you can download it again.

I just checked it and the only thing I detect is a small change in the scale, (the model seems to be way too small), if you can confirm if that is the problem and I will fix it in a moment

Greetings, I was pretty stoked to get these files, I only got witchy, scared and angry... from the pic there are 3 missing?

Good morning! And thanks for the purchase! I just checked it and there are no missing files. In the product description I specify it. There are 3 models: Witchy, Angry and Scared. And the Angry one has two variants (with and without falling wax). There would be a total of 4 models (4 SLT files that come in a ZIP file). In the images you see several but if you look closely they are only those same 4 models just painted in different colors but the designs are the same. You can also see the Solid View and the Slicer View of all the 4 files/models in the last pics (they are two GIFs).

Thank you for your prompt answer . I appreciate your time
