In short, we print our wheels with a 0.02mm layer, the parts are located mainly at 45 degrees to the table, with a sufficient number of supports. Otherwise, all settings depend on both the resin and the printer itself. The recommended settings for your printer can be found on the website of the manufacturer of the resin you use.

Settings for our Anycubic Mono X:
Layer Height - 0.02mm
Exposure Time - 1.1-1.9s (depending on the resin)
Bottom Layer Count - 6
Bottom Exposure Time - 40s
Light-Off Delay - 0.5s
Z-Lifting Distance - 6-8mm (depending on the occupancy of the table with models)
Lifting Speed - 2mm/s
Retract Speed - 3mm/s
Anti-Aliasing - 8

One rim takes 0.24 - 0.33 ml, and more than 0.28 ml of resin per tire. You should also take into account the "parasitic use" of resin (resin that sticks to parts and the table) - simply multiply the values above by two.
Printing takes from an hour to two (layer = 20µm), depending on the position of the parts.
