Hello! For the best results you can use a 0.2 nozzle. If you use a 0.4 it will be printable but it may lose a lot of the details.

What size are your Porsche Fuchs Wheels Ver2, are they 15", 17" etc..? And would you be able to separate the center to make it even easier to paint so that they can look like this; https://www.ocdporsche.org.uk/outlaw52-alloys?lightbox=image_x63

Hello! Due to the scale the center is one piece but is raised for easier painting with a brush or a marker. The rim is design based on the hot wheels design language, so in 1/64 scale the rim is more close to an 22".

Ah I see, I would be printing them in 1/24. Would you be able to separate it out at that scale and make them more like 17" or no?

Yes I can do it, I just need two to three days to finish and test printing them. Good timing because I was about to update the fuchs with a deeper disk for the rears!

For resin, I printed it at 60 degree tail lights up. For fdm (even with the rack) I printed it completely vertical front down.

Hello! I tested the new design with resin and found no problems. For the original hauler (from the link) the mesh seems to be good. I recommend to print it in a different orientation. I have printed successfully both designs with resin at a 45degree facing down.

Hello! The scutes are design for resin printing, but there ways for FDM. First try using an 0.2mm nozzle with the smallest layer height. Also try the classic wall generator insted of arachne. For support I suggest tree type with a bit more Top Z distance for easier and safer removal and a smaller diameter tree. After the first layer turn the fan speed to 100% and try printing a little slower. Hope this helps!
