Hi! 🙋‍♂️ I bought the Popeye Wallart. But STL-File in the ZIP-File is not Popeye, it's a motorbike. Could please check that?

Quick clarification: for slicing and printing in Cura, STL is the correct format.

STL is the correct format for slicing in Cura. Most prints work fine with default settings, but depending on orientation and supports, some adjustments may be needed.

If the STL gives trouble in Cura, you can also try the OBJ or AMF versions — Cura supports both and sometimes they slice more cleanly depending on the model.

All formats(STL, STEP, OBJ, AMF) are included in pack.

Hello. I purchased your bottle cap and it wont finish printing. Or it prints for just a few seconds and says its done. Any tips?

Hello. I took .stl file with Prusa and Cura slicer and check in Repetier host... have no errors. Maybe this help https://community.ultimaker.com/topic/17636-print-finished-immediately-after-starting-a-print/

Im able to print everything else for years. this shows less than minute print. When I slice in Creality slicer its only a thin footprint. This is what I get when I slice it https://imgur.com/a/WIHeZfO

The design in STL format has an issue. Preview is ok, but in Cura appears a hole in the center of the piece. Please, Could you to fix it and resend the new correct design? Thanks
