Evening! I am having issues when printing the top. I keep getting a weird rough texture on the one side? is it my orientation or am I missing a setting?

a base such as the round base measuring 6.5 cm in diameter, 10 cm and 12 cm in diameter and 4 cm in height
I can totally do this using the texture from the sisters' free base in my collection, I will add them in the next few weeks
