Hi, I recently bought the Spider-Gwen model and I'm trying to print it at 60%. When printing the white spiders on the suit, it's very difficult to remove the supports so they fit together, and the spiders on the helmets have their legs separated, which makes assembly impossible. Do I need to configure anything special to fix this? I have a Bambulab A1 and I'm still learning. Thanks.

You can scale the model up without any issues, but scaling it down can be challenging because of the small details. When you reduce it to 60%, the thin parts (like the spider logos) become extremely small and may not print properly or can break during support removal.
The model is designed at around 30 cm in height, and that’s the recommended size for best results. If you print it at the original scale, everything should fit and assemble correctly.

Es una pieza muy pequeña y es difícil separarla como parte independiente.
Puedes imprimir toda la figura en color negro y se verá muy bien igualmente.
Solo elimina el segundo color en el slicer y deja un solo color.
Ese es el aspecto final del modelo en general.

Just purchased your files. I have a A5DX Flashforge and my settings show:
Spare infill density at 15% and an Infill/Wall overlap at 15%. I'm not sure what I need to adjust to match yours. Can you help please and thank you!

Those settings are totally fine.
If you want better quality and more durability, it will just take a bit more time to print.
The most important thing to adjust is the layer height — set it to 0.16mm and you’ll get a much smoother result.
15% infill is perfectly fine and works well for this model.

Hi buddy,
It’s just a digital file. The format is 3MF, and inside it the STL parts are already organized.
If you don’t have a 3D printer, just send the 3MF file to the person who will print it for you — they will know how to print it properly.

hello, im trying to print the body but it has so much poop and there is no (no ams) version of it, can u help me out as the print for the body takes 24 hours on the P1S and the waste pills up and nocks the tool cover off, this is my third print wasted

Hi buddy, Actually, all the files are No AMS by default. I colored the web pattern intentionally as a feature for people who have an AMS printer.
If you don’t want the web pattern to be colored, in the slicer you’ll find two colors assigned — you can simply delete one of them, and the whole body will print in solid black with no color changes.
and you need to check to the infill you can set it up to 7% with 3 wall count to reduce the timing

Do I need to activate supports? And if so, why does it only print a small part of the supports in a different color and then switch back to black? That doesn't make sense to me!

You need to enable supports so the print doesn’t fail.
Don’t worry too much, the most important thing is that the final print should come out nicely.

Hello, I would like to mention right at the outset that I am a beginner when it comes to 3D printing and still have a lot to learn! However, I have already successfully mastered a few prints. Since my grandson is a big Spiderman fan, I wanted to make him happy. I thought the Spiderman with the final design number 3032768 was really great and bought the program. I print with the Creality K2 Pro Combo, and during printing (I was briefly away), I suddenly noticed that the filament keeps changing from black to white when printing the first plate, torso, and head, but only the supports are printed in white. The change takes place about every 2-3 minutes, which means a considerable amount of time during printing! The first plate is actually only black and later red for the spider web. I wonder if it's the printer or the “program/G code”? I'm a little desperate and would really appreciate some help!

Don’t worry, buddy, about this issue.
From what I understand, your printer’s AMS has both white and black filament loaded, so the printer is not coloring the filament by itself.
You just need to replace the white filament with red filament, and it should work correctly.

When I bought this I expected to be all STL files, these AMS files have been saved with Bamboo, ands when I try to use theM in my slicer it overwrites all my settings, I havent got a rar file called stl, and would not have bought this had I known it was unusable, Can I get my money back or at least get the stl files?

3mf should open on any 3d printing software (cura etc) - but when i use that type of software they're empty. So i used solidworks and onshape - and the files have content, but there's lots of errors with transpaency layers and broken geometry. Bit dissapointing I bought these a week ago havent been able to use them, and now they are 50 percent off.

No worries at all — 3MF files normally open on any slicer.
Just keep in mind that SolidWorks and Onshape are just 3D software, so you won’t be able to open 3MF files on them.
You need to download a slicer like Bambu or any slicer that supports multicolor printing, because some characters in the models need to stay in 3MF format to preserve their colors.
If it’s still an issue, feel free to send me your email and I can send the files as STL.
Just note that multicolor models won’t print in color once converted to STL

A few users had the same issue with the RAR file, so I made a new update.
All STL files are now combined into one 3MF file, which opens directly without extraction.
