I purchased the model “Festive Christmas Ball Ornament: 3D Printable Holiday Decor” (link (https://cults3d.com/en/3d-model/various/festive-christmas-ball-ornament-3d-printable-holiday-decor)).
Unfortunately, the downloaded model looks completely different from the photos shown on the product page.
It does not resemble the advertised design and appears inaccurate and misleading.

Please review my case and issue a refund for this purchase.
I can provide screenshots for comparison if needed.

I bought your box but there is no design on it, it is just plain. Why doesn't the download file have any of the flowers or decorations? That was why I bought it. Can you send the correct file?

Downloaded the Santa. Shows multi color but to get color I need to paint each color. Very dissatisfied as the picture is misleading. Money wasted for me as I do not have the time to paint each section.
