I downloaded your file but it did not download as an STL file. It downloaded as a webpage. I am unable to use the file
I don’t know how to help you I just did a test download and it worked for me try downloading again. If it does it again maybe your pc system is set to open that file with your web browser. Try to open it with cura or 3d viewer.
