Hi, Some slicers down scale to the STL files, scale it up to 1000% and it will go back to it's original size. If you're having any problems with that let me know and I'll make you a .3mf file which will give you the original size.

I checked both models 8 inches and 10 inches STL and OBJ and the dimensions are correct, 10 and 8 inches.
try changing the units in your software or scale them up to the required dimensions.
