I bought the smile cutters. They print with the edges too high so the faces do not imprint in the clay. Is there any way I can change this to print with a shorter edge? Or, can you please send me corrected files? Thank you.

Bonjour , le dernier fichier acheté est défectueux, le clay cutter ne dépasse pas les 2 mm. La prévisualisation après le slicing montre nettement le problème

Hola! He intentado imprimir varias veces el archi pero si no modifico el tamaño a uno bastante grande no me deja. Si lo imprimo a la medida del archivo me salen trozos sin imprimir y no deberia de ser asi. ¿Alguna recomendación? Gracias!

hola, descarga los ultimos dos archivos que subi en la publicacion, creo que es por lo que las lineas del cortador estan muy delgadas y en algunos programas he impresoras da problemas, sobretodo en impresoras de filamento.
