Hi, I downloaded the Randy (My Name Is Earl) model, but I’m getting an error saying there are too many non-manifold edge. Do you know how to fix this?

The design downloaded, but it only opened in one color.. the green color for the design. Maybe it’s my computer. I’m not really sure I’m using Windows 10 is that a possibility that it needs to be upgraded? I appreciate the refund, but I’m still gonna try and figure out how to get the design on there because I like the design.
I guess the next question is is when you download it the picture only shows it in green. Is it supposed to download the full picture like you show when you purchase? Maybe I’m just looking at it wrong and it will print the way that it needs to.
It's not designed for multi colour. All are for one colour and then to be painted. I am waiting for an ams system.so.i can trial them.myself

I purchased this download and tried to bring it into bamboo studio to print. And it says it does not does not accept this type of file. Is there a different program I can use in order to print this duck? If not, will you refund the $2.84?

I just downloaded Michael Myers duck and it only downloaded it to open in paint 3d and windows no longer supports it.
Let me finish work and il.have a look at it. Maybe change the file for you

If you could supply these files with the hands,head eyes etc separate to print rather than 1 whole piece ii would prob buy your entire stock.

Is the 80s classic fat heman and Rambo files colored files? Something i can print in color and not have to paint in studio?
unfortunatly not, they were designed to paint yourself when printed
