Hello i have bought two of these files,neiter one fit my bends well. so i am pretty sure it is because i an using mandrel bends.
i would like to get you to make the files to fit these. if you could please let me know exactly what measurements you need that would be great..

Hello, what schedule pipe are you using, what size and what is the CLR of the pipe?
ok so i hope i am measuring this correctly. lets do one to start and if it is right i will send you measurements on the second one.
so i am using stainless steel exhaust tubbing.
it is 63.4 mm
2mm wall thickness
and i i am right the clr is 96.4
i wish i could add in pictures and show you how i measured.

that is the exact bend i hope that helps
generally the CLR will be 1, 1.2 or 1.5 (63.5, 76.2 or 95.25) I cant see any information on the website you provided to show anything otherwise. is the bend the issue or the pipe diameter?
