There may be an issue with your print settings or your printer’s calibration. We also sell this model as a physically printed replacement part, and so far we have not experienced any issues with it.

I would recommend checking your printer calibration and print settings, as the model itself has been successfully printed and tested by multiple users.

Hello,
I am writing to formally request an immediate refund for the Dacia Duster model files.
As shown in the slicer software, the STL file provided is completely defective and unusable. It is clear that this is just a raw, unedited 3D scan data full of noise, surface deformations, and broken/missing mounting tabs. It is absolutely not a print-ready file.
I do not want any replacement files or digital fixes. The quality is unacceptable and I cannot waste time trying to clean up this mesh.
Please issue a full refund for my order .

Your claims do not reflect the truth. I actively use this model in production and sell printed copies of it. In addition, none of the previous customers who purchased this model have ever reported any issues regarding its quality.
I am also aware that, before making the purchase, you contacted me directly to buy the model outside of Cults. You then purchased it using the “ozkaleberkay” account, changed your username to “slowdive”, and subsequently submitted this refund request.
I do not accept your claims that the model is defective. Therefore, I will not approve your refund request.

Die Datei ist beschädigt , unter anderem ist meines Erachtens der Preis überteuert.
Für 10 € gibt es das ersatzteil im Shop bereits Original.

We did not use your design because it was not suitable for our intended use and did not comply with our copyright usage policies. For this reason, we scanned the LatteGo part ourselves and redesigned the model entirely from scratch. It is true that we were inspired by your work during the design process; however, the product we are selling is completely our own and has no direct connection to your design. It genuinely saddened us that you thought otherwise.
Therefore, there is no copyright infringement in this situation. Additionally, if you review our other products, you will see that we also designed and produced the LatteGo lid ourselves. This model is exclusively manufactured by us and is not sold anywhere else.
For your review, we have attached the scan images of the LatteGo part and the visuals of the repair clip we designed.

I looked at your pictures, which show that the file (.stl) was opened in a 3D program and the model was slightly modified. Some places were rounded for better fit, but probably due to poor quality printing. If there was a new modeling as you write, I don't understand why you, like me, have an offset end of the lever, just like my model. Furthermore, the radii on the outer edge of the plate are not rounded, but generated like me when rendering with a facetrees value of 0.5. The photos you sent confirm that the file was used.
I expected a bit of a straight approach. What happened happened. I'm sorry for your attempt to make me a fool who will believe what you wrote.

The model is compatible with both sides. If you’d like to produce the opposite side, you can simply mirror the model in your slicer software.
