I have purchased your planetary spinner file. I have used a production shop to print the item but the file has the gears touching each other so the print is solid in the gear teeth area and will not spin. Can you provide a file that separates the gears from each other so that they will spin?

Here is the response from the production shop.
“We don't mind building separate models for you if they can't put in larger distances between the shells. However, some of the shells in the separated file has areas that are too thin to build. The areas in red will be weak and probably not come out. Also the small posts might be weak. If they can be a little thicker that would help.
Our minimum feature size is 0.7mm but really need greater then 1mm for any kind of structural integrity.

For CNC you will require STEP file. For laser cutting you will be needing CDR file.
SWG is not the right format for you

I appreciate your prompt reply. I have been working with another custom print shop on printing different action figures for me as I do not print.
If you create the files, he would purchase them, download them, and print them for me and then sell them to me through his ebay account. He unfortunately does not have the capability to scan from a photo yet. Would that be a possibility??
To be fair, you could build any printing fees you would have lost for not printing the glasses....

BIRD HOUSE - it looks like a lot of pieces in pictures but file folder only has two stl files? How is it held together? does any of it need supports to print? what infill etc do you use?

Minor supports required at window opening. Elsewhere try re-orienting the part. And I used 35% infill
