Screen Lens Material & Printing Instructions

For the transparent window, use a 0.8 mm thick clear polycarbonate sheet, cut into a 54 x 63 mm rectangle.

To install the polycarbonate lens during printing, you must either pause the print manually or insert the M600 filament change command, depending on your printer’s compatibility. This allows you to place the lens in position before the print resumes and seals it in place.

To temporarily secure the lens and prevent the cooling fan airflow from lifting the polycarbonate sheet during printing, apply a small amount of Elmer’s Clear glue before resuming the print.

Installation Instructions

To secure it to your wheel, use a double-sided adhesive sheet.
You can cut the adhesive using a precision knife, following the internal template shape included in the design.
