This kit includes a full set of frame extensions and rails for 1:24 scale semi truck builds. Great for anyone doing custom chassis setups, long haulers, or stretched show trucks.

These parts are made to be dropped into your existing kit builds with minimal effort. Just cut your kit’s stock frame and slot in the extension you want. The 150mm front and rear rails can be used to replace or extend the stock rails completely, giving you a clean slate for full custom builds.

You don’t need special filaments or exotic printers. These files work great on basic FDM printers with PLA or on entry-level resin printers with standard resin. Print flat for best results and glue them up however you normally work with your scale kits.

Print Settings
Resin Printer Settings (Recommended):

Layer Height: 0.04mm

Normal Exposure Time: 4 seconds

Bottom Exposure: Use your usual settings (e.g., 30–40s x 5 layers)

Resin Type: Standard resin (no need for ABS-like or tough blends)

Orientation: Printed flat

Support Placement: Back side only — keeps the front clean and flat for gluing/assembly

Lift speed, retract, anti-aliasing: Use your typical defaults — these parts aren’t fragile or ultra-detailed

These parts are thick enough to handle regular handling and assembly right off the build plate. Just clip supports clean, rinse, and cure as usual.

FDM Printer Settings (Optional):

Material: PLA (or PETG if you want it stronger)

Layer Height: 0.2mm

Infill: 20%+

Supports: None needed when printing flat

Bed Adhesion: Brim or raft recommended
