3D model description

Before I started designing, I had set myself the following goals. It should be as small as possible, but still have all-wheel drive and have suspensions. Of course, it also has to consist largely of 3D-printed parts.

Needed is:
- Brushless motor 2212 920kv outrunner
- Brushless motor controller 35 amps for RC cars
- Receiver
- Battery
- 9G Micro Servo Motor
- Ball bearing 10 × 15 × 4 mm
- 4x Spring suspension 15 × 10 (diameter) mm
-Screws:
- 7x M3 15 mm (To secure the main body parts)
- 2x M3 10 mm (To secure the main body parts)
- 5x M2 5 mm (for the direction and the motor gear)
- 4x M3 20 mm (To secure the wheels)
- Some PLA and time to build it
- Rasp and sandpaper
- GREASE FOR THE GEARS AND CARDAN SHAFTS!!

3D printing settings

You need to print the parts with a 0.3 mm nozzle and a 0.15 mm layer high.
The print orientation can be taken from the photos.

The drive shaft and the tires should be printed with TPU or a flexible Filament.
