Here is another one of my designs.

"Cheato" algae reactor fully 3d printed.

The Reactor is prepared for aquariums between 600 and 1000 L as it has the following dimensions.

Base: 220x220 mm
Inside Diameter: 190mm
Height:480mm

PVC Stuff: Two 90º curves and 60cm of pvc tube 32mm diameter.

Ruber Oring: Buy Oring Ruber whit 1194mm length and 4mm diameter

Some PVC Glue to Glue the Body´s parts, Acrylic Tube and cap and PVC tubes

I'm using a 1000L pump per hour to power the reactor.

The total height of the reactor can be smaller, just in the printout cut the height of one of the pieces

The led pole files adjust the height because in the end, the Ledstrip going to coil over it.
You can print how many separator disks you want, i use 4.

Infill - 30%
Infill Pattern - HoneyComb
Walls - 5
Top - 6
Bottom - 6

Add a little bit more flow, like 115% to make it leakproof.
