Trek Madone SLR Garmin Varia mount

This is a digital 3D model for a custom Garmin Varia mount that attaches directly to the Bontrager saddle on the Trek Madone SLR Gen 7.
It is designed to work with the original Garmin Varia quarter-turn mount included in the Varia package — giving you the cleanest look and the best OEM-level fit.

Print Instructions
Layer Height: 0.08 mm for maximum strength and surface precision.
Nozzle Temperature: Use the higher end of your filament’s temperature range to improve layer adhesion and overall part durability.
Infill: 55% recommended for optimal strength-to-weight balance.
Supports: Use tree supports, but avoid supports inside the screw holes for a clean fit.

Hardware:
Use M5x8 mm aluminum screws (other screws work as well, but M5 is overkill for this so aluminum for weight savings)
Apply Loctite (medium strength) to prevent loosening from road vibration.

Tested Materials:
ABS – Recommended
PETG – Recommended
ASA – Recommended (best for outdoor use)
PLA – Works, but not recommended for outdoor use due to heat sensitivity.
