Custom head Wanhao D12 Fan 4010 and 5015

Hi,

I modeled this custom head to lower the noise level of the fan by improving the airflow. Even at 100% the noise is less shrill than the original and correctly prints an 80° overhang. Also, it doesn't have to be 100% all the time, so there is less noise. I also thought about those who just want to have a custom tornado head while keeping the original fan. The original plate and teflon are even included. You will need to upgrade to a 5015 fan:

• the original screws

• original fan duct plate and teflon (depending on model)

• 1 radial fan 5015 ( https://www.amazon.fr/gp/product/B08Z89PDNX/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o08_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1)

• 2 screws 3x10 for the fan

• 1 nut m3.

The whole is mounted as originally.

There are different versions of each part:

• 1 head V1 5015 for fan 5015 with standard face

• 1 head V2 5015 for fan 5015 with the tornado effect

• 1 head V3 4010 for original mounting

• 1 fan duct V1 without plate and original teflon (prefer PETG or PLA resistant)

• 1 fan duct V2 with the original plate and teflon

• 1 fan duct V3, same as V2 with the pin at the back for an optimal hold, in place of the original hold
