• Split design for improved definition and retention detail

• Optimized geometry for clean press results and repeat production

• Suitable for both manual and production workflows

Manufacturing settings

Nozzle: 0.4–0.8 mm

Layer Height: 0.2–0.4 mm

Infill: Honeycomb 30–50% or Gyroid 25–40% (gyroid adds machine stress)

Material: PETG or ASA (recommended for molds)

Print flat, minimal supports
