Super high efficiency 5015 duct fan upgrade for Ender 3 S1, S1 pro, Sprite extruder

This newest ducts will give a complete 6mm of clearance from the bottom of the nozzle and avoid the hazzle of the duct hitting our parts when printing.

-The design of the ducts are curved and angled to redirect the
airflow to the areas that are needed.

-The duct is has been design to allow the fan mount to be raised to
give you a better view from the front and be able to see as the
printed filament it being lay down

• Fully compatible with my other design. Now you have more options. Going from 3 duct design, Single 5015 fan, 2 duct design Dual 5015 fan. It's your choice, you can mix and match

I went through many test prints and ducts designs to get the best pressure and air flow direction.

This duct only weights 18 grams not including the screws or fan.

Duct are spaced apart enough to give you the option of using a high flow Creality kit and may also save you the need of having to print the ducts on a high temperature filament, but it still recommended.
( I do not have the high flow kit, this was based on their online specs but I am sure it will work)

Printing

All the pieces need to be oriented to be printed on their flat surface. No supports are needed

Ducts need to be printed in PETG or a high temp filament.
The rest of the parts can be printed in PLA.

0.4 mm nozzle

Layer thickness 0.16 mm or less

Print in PETG or a high temp filament.
