Die mittels 3D Druck hergestellte Vorrichtung ermöglicht das präzise Absägen eines Rohrbogens im korrekten Radius z.B. mit einer Bandsäge. Der Anschlag kann alle 5 Grad mithilfe eines 2mm-Schweißdrahts abgesteckt werden. Der Rohrbogen kann durch anziehen der verbauten Schrauben fixiert werden, daher eignet sich die Vorrichtung auch als Anzeichenhilfe. Beim Spannen im Schraubstock können die Schrauben auch weggelassen werden, da Führungen vorhanden sind.
Es handelt sich um Schweißbogen nach DIN 2605 bzw. EN10253-4 oder DIN 11852.

Besonders nützlich für den Bau von Abgasanlagen, Rohrleitungsbau, Krümmer- oder Ladeluftverrohrungen. Geeignet für Stahlguss, Edelstahl- oder Aluminium Rohrbögen.
