Keg Filler Adapter

An adapter to allow the filling of beer kegs from a certain branded beer machine.

Beer is expensive, the bills are going up - perfect time to make your own brew!

Perfect for homebrew! you can fill 4 x kegs with 5% larger for £20!

You could even fill the kegs with wine or cider if you're that way inclined!

If you recognise the Kegs, then you'll know this is for you.

PERFECT for pouring a DRAFT pint in your home!

This was all printed with PETG (Food Safe and stronger).
The filler nozzle was printed with 0.1mm layer height to ensure it was air tight.
The rest was standard 0.2mm

You will also need:

Brass or plastic barb fitting (10mm x G1/4)
10mm hose (Clear is best)
R-15 'O' ring - 21.89mm ID, 2.62mm Section
R-05 'O' ring - 9.25mm ID, 1.78mm Section

Optional: (The Pneumatic parts allow you to pump the keg empty, ideal after sterilising the kegs, you can still syphon the keg empty but takes longer etc - You can even use this to pump out the beer!)

M5 or M6 (Print the Filler middle to match) Male Pneumatic push fitting, 4mm OD Pipe
1/8 BSP (9.7mm) Pneumatic push fitting, 4mm OD Pipe
Brass or plastic barb fitting (10mm x G1/4)
4mm OD Pneumatic (3D Printer) Tube

You can also screw in any M5 or M6 adapter as required and will do the same thing.

[Note - Some of the M5 and M6 Pneumatic adapters have a larger "Nut" than others - if this is the case, use the LH and RH 12mm Breather option]

There are now also options to use John Guest fittings and Standard Liquid post connections.
